How I work

I start with what people actually do. I watch them use the product, and I push for analytics so we can see what happens on the screen, not just what people tell us.

I tie every decision back to research, so anyone can see where a change came from. And I design for the messy cases: the guest with no ID, the location that works differently, the person juggling three tasks at once.

I also use AI tools like Claude and Claude Code to prototype and test ideas quickly.
